These Terms & Conditions apply to the Start Forge Academy website, consulting services, scheduling links, payment links, and related materials. By using the website, booking a call, purchasing a service, or working with Start Forge Academy, you agree to these terms.

Services

Start Forge Academy provides business direction consulting, idea evaluation, strategy support, business planning, and related advisory services. Services may include calls, worksheets, written notes, direction maps, validation plans, and strategic feedback.

No Guaranteed Results

Consulting can help you think more clearly and make better-informed decisions, but no specific business, income, customer, funding, employment, or market result is guaranteed. You are responsible for your decisions, execution, compliance obligations, and business outcomes.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices, package details, and payment terms are shown at checkout or in a written agreement. Paid services begin after payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Direction Sessions are scheduled for 75 minutes unless otherwise stated. If additional time is needed and both sides agree, extra time may be billed at $75 per additional 30 minutes or handled through a follow-up session.

Please reschedule as early as possible. Missed calls, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable or may require a rescheduling fee, depending on the circumstances and the service purchased.

Refunds

Because consulting time and preparation are reserved in advance, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you believe there is a problem with a purchase, contact Start Forge Academy promptly so it can be reviewed.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, participate honestly, and make your own decisions.

You are responsible for legal, tax, accounting, licensing, regulatory, insurance, and financial advice related to your business. Start Forge Academy does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or licensed professional advice.

Intellectual Property

Website content, frameworks, worksheets, templates, notes, and materials provided by Start Forge Academy are for your personal or internal business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute them as your own product.

You retain ownership of your own business ideas, materials, and information. Start Forge Academy retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, and materials.

Confidentiality

Start Forge Academy will treat non-public client information as confidential and will not intentionally disclose it except as needed to provide services, process payment, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or with your permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Start Forge Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or services. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
